FSI BASKET OF STANDARDS
Mainstream sustainability in the flowers & Plants supply chain is possible by implementing responsible sourcing using the FSI Basket as international reference.

BENCHMARKING STANDARDS

There are 16 Voluntary Sustainable Standards and Schemes in the FSI Basket. They are fully transparent, comparable and by means of independent benchmarking, complying with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Environmental and/or Social basic requirements.

GAP

The GAP benchmarking is carried out by GLOBALG.A.P., the internationally recognized standard for farm production. On Environmental criteria, the required level is set as being equivalent or higher as the GLOBALG.A.P. criteria for flowers & ornamentals.
